Appliances 4 Less Santa Clarita specializes in discounted appliances. Many products we sell are open-box, scratch-and-dent, overstock, clearance, or otherwise discounted merchandise.

Because of the nature of open-box and scratch-and-dent inventory:

• Products may have cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, marks, or damaged or missing original packaging.

• Cosmetic condition may vary from unit to unit, even when products share the same model number.

• Certain accessories, packaging, or documentation may not be included unless specifically stated.

• Cosmetic imperfections that are disclosed before purchase are not considered functional defects.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe each product, its condition, features, specifications, and included accessories. Product photos and descriptions are intended to reflect the item as accurately as reasonably possible.

Because many of our appliances are individual open-box units, customers are welcome to contact us at any time before purchasing to request additional photos or videos of the actual available product.

You may also tell us what you are looking for, including your preferred appliance type, brand, model, features, size, budget, and desired cosmetic condition. Our team can help identify available options that best match your needs and provide photos or videos of the specific units for you to review before making a purchase.

2. Inventory and Availability

Many of our open-box and scratch-and-dent appliances are individual units with limited inventory.

We make reasonable efforts to keep online inventory accurate. However, because merchandise may also be sold through our physical store, an item may occasionally become unavailable before our online inventory is updated.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and may offer:

• A comparable replacement, subject to your approval; or

• A full refund of the amount paid for the unavailable item.

We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer's approval.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on a4lca.com are in U.S. dollars.

Delivery dates and time windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, product availability, scheduling conditions, building access, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that:

• Someone authorized to receive the merchandise is available when required;

• The delivery location is reasonably and safely accessible;

• Doorways, hallways, stairs, elevators, and installation areas can accommodate the appliance;

• Required utility connections are available for any installation service purchased; and

Additional charges may apply when unusual delivery conditions or additional services are requested and disclosed to the customer.

Installation services are limited to the services specifically purchased or agreed upon.

8. Inspection Upon Pickup or Delivery

For scratch-and-dent or open-box products, cosmetic imperfections that were disclosed or reasonably visible before purchase are part of the product's stated condition.
