Appliances 4 Less Santa Clarita provides local delivery, installation, and haul-away services for eligible appliance purchases.

Because our inventory consists largely of open-box and limited-quantity appliances, we recommend contacting the store before completing your purchase to confirm product availability, delivery eligibility, and available service dates.
1. Service Area
Our delivery and installation services primarily serve the Greater Los Angeles area.
Delivery availability depends on the delivery address, distance, appliance type, scheduling, and installation requirements.
Orders requiring travel into mountain areas, steep or difficult-access locations, or other locations outside our standard service area require a custom delivery quote.
Please contact us at (661) 607-1227 before purchasing if you are unsure whether your address is within our delivery area.
2. Delivery Schedule
Our regular delivery and installation days are:
Tuesday and Thursday
Customers may request delivery or installation on another day. We will do our best to accommodate special scheduling requests based on staff availability, location, and the services required.
Special delivery dates are not guaranteed until confirmed by our store.
We recommend confirming your delivery date with us before placing your order if you require delivery on a specific day.
3. Drop-Off Delivery
Drop-off service means delivery of the appliance to the customer's location without full appliance installation.
Delivery charges are based on one-way delivery distance:
- 20 miles or less: FREE
- Over 20 miles: $1 per additional mile
Mountain-area deliveries and locations requiring unusual travel or access conditions require a separate quote.
Any applicable delivery charge will be confirmed with the customer before the delivery is scheduled.
4. Appliance Setup & Installation
Standard setup service is priced according to the number of appliances being installed:

Certain appliances require additional installation work and have an additional charge on top of the standard setup price:

The dishwasher installation surcharge includes installation parts.
Installation availability may depend on the appliance, location, existing connections, and the type of work required. Please contact us before purchase if you have questions about your installation.
5. Haul-Away
Haul-away service is available for eligible existing appliances at:
$25 per appliance
Please let us know before scheduling your delivery if you need an old appliance removed so we can properly plan the service.
6. Stairs and Second-Floor Delivery
Standard second-floor service may incur an additional charge of:
$50 per appliance
Some second-floor deliveries, stairs, oversized appliances, or difficult-access locations may require a two-person delivery team.
These deliveries must be reviewed with our team before scheduling. If an additional delivery person or additional labor is required, an additional charge may apply and will be communicated to the customer before service is confirmed.
7. Special Access and Mountain Deliveries
Certain locations require additional time, travel, staffing, or equipment.
This may include:
- Mountain communities
- Steep or difficult-access roads
- Difficult stair access
- Deliveries requiring two people
- Unusually long carrying distances or access conditions
These orders require advance confirmation and a custom quote.
Please contact us before purchasing so we can review your delivery address and service requirements.
8. Scheduling and Confirmation
Delivery and installation are not considered scheduled until the date and service details have been confirmed by Appliances 4 Less Santa Clarita.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your name
- Delivery address
- Phone number
- Appliance(s) being purchased
- Whether you need drop-off or installation
- Whether you need haul-away
- Any stairs, elevators, or unusual access conditions
- Your preferred delivery date
Providing this information in advance helps us determine the correct service price and delivery team.
9. Delivery Times
Delivery dates and estimated arrival windows may be affected by traffic, previous installations, weather, distance, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If there is a significant scheduling change, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the phone number provided with your order.
10. Product Availability
Because many of our appliances are individual open-box, scratch-and-dent, or limited-stock units, availability can change quickly.
We strongly recommend contacting us before purchase to:
- Confirm that the appliance is still available
- Request photos or videos of the actual available unit
- Confirm product condition
- Confirm delivery availability
- Receive an installation or special-delivery quote when needed
